Support and facilitate the government-client with the in-take, validation, and compliance review of all peer-reviewed scientifically based merit proposals. Consult and assist the government -client with tasks supporting all pre and post peer-review meeting activities such as logistics, communication, facilitating and coordinating participant involvement, etc. Critically think through organizational advancements.
Review select cases for accuracy of tissue request and escalate to PAs when needed, complete accurate data entry. Assist other PSCs in resolving issues with their cases and provide feedback on the quality of their work. Ensure that necessary notes and holds are placed on cases for non-conforming samples, discrepancies and/or missing information. Compose professional emails/faxes to communicate with other departments for case escalation and/or case status updates.
Mosey is seeking a hard-charging specialist focused on outcomes and accuracy to drive mission-critical initiatives to fulfill and maintain our product coverage, building strong relationships along the way. Responsibilities include working with government agencies to accurately close compliance accounts, providing support to users, using internal tools to keep customers’ Mosey app up to date, preparing close out reports, and regularly reviewing/updating Mosey’s processes.
